1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of PauseMe.AI, operated by Gnosova LLC. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund & Pause Terms.
2. The service
PauseMe.AI provides subscription-based, AI-augmented software development delivered asynchronously. Scope, throughput, and included stacks depend on your plan as described on the Pricing page. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for any individual request.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Only submit content and code you have the right to share.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
4. Intellectual property
You own 100% of the work product — all code, designs, and deliverables created under your active subscription belong entirely to you upon creation. PauseMe.AI retains ownership of its own platform, tooling, and pre-existing IP. You grant us a limited license to your submitted content solely to deliver the service.
5. Fees & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the plan and interval you select. You may pause or cancel at any time from your billing portal; see the Refund & Pause Terms.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Notice.
