Why there's no setup fee, deposit, or minimum term
Every failure story in this category starts the same way: money changes hands before the work does. We took that step out. You pay for a month, you get a month, and if you stop getting value you stop paying the same day.
What "unlimited requests" actually means
You can add as many tasks to the queue as you want. We work them one at a time. Four things half-built helps nobody, and you'd notice by week two anyway.
If you need more throughput, Scale runs two concurrently — that's what the tier is for.
We'd rather say this plainly than let you discover it in week two.
About the annual rate
Monthly is the default here, and it's the one that matches how we think about this: you pay for a month, you get a month.
Annual exists because the discount is real — a thousand a month off Starter and Growth, two thousand off Scale. If you take it, here's the trade, plainly:
- Pause works exactly the same. Billing stops the day you say so, and your unused days are preserved.
- Preserved days are good for 12 months from the day you pause.We hold delivery capacity against them, and we can't hold it open forever — but a year is plenty of room to come back on your own schedule.
- What you don't get is cash back.Prepaid time stays time. We're not going to hand you a discount and a refund on the same deal.
That's a good trade if you know you'll use the year. If you're not sure yet, take monthly — same service, same guarantees, and you keep the flexibility. You can always switch later.
