Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about PauseMe.AI.
What counts as a request?+
Any well-scoped development task: a feature, a bug fix, an API endpoint, a UI component, a migration, a refactor.
How does pausing work?+
Billing stops the day you pause. Unused days are preserved and waiting when you return. No notice period, no call.
How long do my preserved days last?+
Twelve months from the day you pause. We hold delivery capacity against those days, so we can't leave it open indefinitely — but a year is room to come back whenever you're ready.
What happens if I pause mid-task?+
Work stops at the next clean checkpoint and billing stops that day. The task resumes where it left off when you do.
Who owns the code?+
You do — code, designs, IP, infrastructure config, from the moment it's written. You have repo access throughout, not at the end.
Can I get a refund?+
Full refund within the first seven days, no questions. After that the current period is non-refundable, but you can pause or cancel any day and unused days are preserved.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No. Monthly, cancel any day.
What if I need more throughput?+
Scale runs two tasks concurrently. Beyond that we'd rather tell you it's not a fit than take the money.
Who actually does the work?+
A small senior team working with AI, supervised by an architect with twenty years building enterprise systems. Not a reseller, not a bench you get assigned from.
What technology stacks do you support?+
We work with modern web technologies including React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and more. The Starter plan supports a single tech stack, while Growth and Scale support full-stack development.
