What counts as a request?+
A request is any well-scoped development task: a feature, a bug fix, an API endpoint, a UI component, etc. Complex features may be broken into multiple requests.
How does the pause feature work?+
You can pause your subscription at any time. When paused, billing stops immediately and your unused days are preserved. When you resume, you pick up right where you left off. Example: If you subscribe on the 1st and pause on the 15th, you still have 16 days of service remaining.
What is the 7-day money-back guarantee?+
If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days, we’ll refund 75% of your subscription fee, no questions asked. This gives you a risk-free way to try the service.
